Cynthia Flood

Cynthia Flood's most recent book is The English Stories, a suite of short fictions set in 1950s England that appeared from Biblioasis Press in May 2009.

Her earlier story collections are My Father Took A Cake To France and The Animals In Their Elements (Talonbooks 1992 and 1987). Her novel Making A Stone Of The Heart was published by Key Porter in 1992.

Cynthia Flood's award-winning short fiction has been widely anthologized and praised by many critics of Canadian literature.
